Didja Know?
Stranger Worlds is a 6-part
Star Trek story set in the Kelvin Timeline created by the
Romulan Nero's incursion into the past in the 2009 Star Trek
movie (starting with
"Rebirth" in the PopApostle ST chronology). It was published
by IDW as the 6-part mini-series Star Trek/Green Lantern
(2016-2017) a
cross-over of the characters of Star Trek and those of
the various Lantern Corps from the DC Universe of comic books
published by DC Comics.
Stranger Worlds follows the events of the first
Star Trek/Green Lantern crossover,
The Spectrum War.
This mini-series takes place in an
alternate timeline than the one followed in the main PopApostle
Star Trek chronology of the Kelvin Timeline.
In this issue, the editors state that the
wrong colorist was credited in issues 1 and 2. All issues were
colored by
Mark Roberts.

Didja Notice?
On page 3, Hal Jordan asks the Manhunters to cease their
attack on the Enterprise by the laws inscribed in
the Book of Oa. The Book of Oa is a
massive tome housed in the Citadel on Oa, relating the
history of the Guardians of the Universe and the Green
Lantern Corps.
On page 4, the leader of the Manhunters facing Hal Jordan,
says, "No man escapes the Manhun--". The phrase "No man
escapes the Manhunters" is the code of the Manhunters and is
oft repeated by them.
The Augment follower of Khan called Malik previously
appeared in "Khan" Part 3.
On page 19, Larfleeze eats targ and drinks bloodwine. Targs
are boar-like creatures of Qo'noS. Bloodwine
is a potent Klingon alcoholic beverage, best served warm.
Unanswered Questions
It's not shown how Khan was able to beat up Atrocitus and
take his ring. It seems unlikely unless Atrocitus' ring
happened to have a power glitch at some moment, leaving him
unprotected from Khan's raw physical strength.
