A message from the Emergency Broadcast System comes over Rebecca's daughter's cell phone. The Emergency Broadcast System is currently known (since 1997) as the Emergency Alert System, a national warning system in the United States allowing the government to transmit warnings and information to the public in the event of emergency.

Rebecca seems to call her husband, who works for the U.S. Department of Wildlife, by the name or nickname of "Lucky" at 52 seconds in the video. The "U.S. Department of Wildlife" is not an official federal agency, but rather a common misnomer for the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) inside the U.S. Department of the Interior. It seems in the Jurassic World universe, there is a U.S. Department of Wildlife because that is what the shoulder patches on Lucky's jacket read! But, a logo for the actual U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service appears in Dominion.
